Description: Piece of business reply mail containing 10 of the 11¢ sheet stamp and a 10¢ postage due stamp. The top-of-the-stack business reply mail, which is postmarked April 9, 1948, was mailed from Monmouth, Maine to the circulation department of the Daily Kennebec Journal in Augusta, Maine.
Owner/Source: eBay auction listing that realized $163.50 and ended on October 5, 2001. A November 5, 2001 Linn's article by Rob Haeseler, describing the item, was provided by Mike Ludeman.
