The special delivery fee for first class matter weighing up to two pounds was 15¢ from January 1, 1949 thru December 31, 1951. The airmail postcard rate in effect at that time was 4¢. Currently, the number of solo uses of the 19¢ sheet stamp paying the airmail special delivery postcard rate in effect from January 1, 1949 until January 1, 1952 is: 1.
