There is also another cover bearing 20 of the 2-cent sheet stamp pictured in the Robert Dalton Harris article on "Domestic First Class Frankings" (page 50) in the book Prexie Postal History (2003 second edition) edited by Richard W. Helbock and published by La Posta Publications. In that instance, the 20 2-cent stamps paid 3 cents postage, a 7 cent return receipt fee, and 30 cent registry fee.
