4½¢ Sheet Stamp Paying Three Times Third Class Rate

A one and one-half cent single piece rate per two ounces was in affect prior to April 1, 1945 for standard third class mail weighing up to eight ounces. Currently, the number of solo uses of the 4½¢ paying that rate for a piece weighing greater than 4 ounces but no more than 6 ounces is: 3.
