2¢ Sheet Stamp Paying Transient Second Class Rate

A two cent transient second class rate for newspapers and periodicals weighing up to two ounces was in affect from April 1, 1952 until August 1, 1958. Currently, the number of solo uses of the 2¢ sheet stamp paying that rate is: 1.

Description: The American horologist and jeweler periodical mailed from Denver, Colorado to Overland, Missouri at the transient second class rate of 2¢.
